Shipping Policy
All our T-shirts are custom-printed on demand. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location within India. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 7–12 business days.
We deliver to serviceable pin codes across India through our courier partners. You can check serviceability at checkout. Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown before payment.
A tracking link will be sent to you via email or SMS once your order is dispatched. If your tracking has not updated for more than 3–4 business days after dispatch, please contact us with your order number and we will follow up with our courier partner.
Refund & Return Policy
Since all our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
We strongly recommend checking our size chart carefully before placing your order.
Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
To raise a replacement request:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Share a clear evidence of unboxing videos and pictures of the defective product, along with images of the original packaging
Requests raised after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement.
